You may have noticed that I wrote Hooman instead of Human. That is because human is too boring and I would prefer something more fun, even though my tone right now doesn’t sound like it. But anyways, let’s talk about my day like I’m the main character here. (Because I am) So today started out normal.
I had robotics in the morning, so I had to get to school at 7:30 in the morning. Well actually, you’re supposed to come before that, but we do that only sometimes. But every Wednesday, like today, chorus meets. And chorus has over 60 students, all in either fourth grade or fifth grade. That’s why on Wednesdays, entrance starts at 7:25 instead of 7:30. But I’m not in the chorus. So among the chorus crowd, I found my way to the robotics people and made my way to the teacher’s classroom.
When I get there, we have to do a run through of the presentation. We have to make an innovation project for robotics, and we made ours about robots and dome houses for archaeology. Today was important, because we were having an unspoken competition. One of the robotics teachers, Ms. Stallworth, would constantly give out rewards for hard work. So we all knew that whoever memorized their lines and did the best at presenting would get the prize.
Last year, I won. I got a 10 pack of glazed donut holes and 1 dollar for ice cream. So we get through the presentation, and no one knows who won yet. But then we get to the robot runs, where we had to code our robot that we made to do missions on a table for us.
